Scallops wrapped in bacon, petit sirloins with garlic mashed and a fresh salad. All were happy!

Not amazing, but good. Would've been better on my charcoal grill. The Robusto cheese starter was the winner.

    Redfish Courtbillion

Made from a tasty roux and redfish stock, straight out of a cajun mother's cook book from the 60's, with some very slight modifications.
