Never had a request for tiled mosaics. She has done illustrations for ads for clients like Target stores and books including an award winning children's book she wrote and illustrated, but hasn't done any tile design yet. She would be happy to do it I'm sure.

I think this is a good place to post this stuff. I have been painting abstractly for years (1996 BFA) and find it a great complement to the Cycling Analysis I do for the day job at Get a Grip Cycles.

A quick shot of a painting I created that was sold to benefit my kid's school.

    Acrylic and oil, 18" square.

We lost our Golden, Sage, this spring. My wife commissioned one of her former students to paint this for us. Was a little nervous as she is more a pop-artist and my wife wanted something more realistic. We were thrilled with the result...it really captures our friend's spirit.

Tyler, if I could like this post twice I would. Does Josie have a studio or gallery space in town?

She has a studio here in Boston and galleries elsewhere. The first floor of our loft is her current studio filled with works in progress. Give her a shout and come by and check it out, we can also 'have a beer about it' while you're here. Finished pieces don't stick around here very long but it's worth it to see the process. I'm constantly in awe.
