Bring it - gimme your best breakfast concoctions. Easily my favorite meal to cook, and usually consume. Everything, anything.

This morning? The House of Aerobic Hardship's vaunted MANCAKES. Basically a bastardized pancake laden with protein. They're super thick, super puffy, super huge, and quite filling if you use whole wheat or buckwheat topped with peanut butter.

1.5c flour (prefer whole wheat)
2-4T brown sugar
2t baking powder
1t baking soda
Pinch of salt
1t nutmeg
60g of your favorite whey protein powder (victim of choice is usually the PowerBar vanilla, nice 20g protein kick in 30g)

1-2c milk depending on desired consistency. Use whole milk or go home.
1-1.5c egg whites or egg beaters, 2-3 large eggs if you're feeling skinny.

Toss in berries/chocolate chips/whatever (I've done Starburst) for whatever suits your fancy. I prefer to make two massive 400-600cal pan-sized cakes, and save one for lunch. Usually top with maple syrup, PB, Nutella, whipped cream cheese, cottage cheese, chocolate syrup, or jelly.
