My SO did the KA whole wheat crust with the added vital wheat gluten. I contributed my standard caramelized peppers, onions, crimini mushroom mix with prosciutto.
We agreed that it was a bit bready but the flavor was quite nice.

It's been a minute since I've made pizza, so we made some over the weekend, and it turned out awesome. Did it in the oven on the steel...I still need to practice with the Kettle Pizza, but didn't feel like dealing with all the pollen. Walking on our deck results in leaving footprints in the pollen and tracking it into the house.
One Hawaiian BBQ, one tomato/pepperoni/broccoli pie. Crust was perfect, crispy on the outside light and fluffy on the inside.

I hang out across the at at PL most of the time but loved the pizza thread and have been making pizza in my oven at 600 for years.
Tried this lebanese pies for dinner this evening. These are fessh ground lamb that I just picked up today.
Ground lamb mixed with zaatar and a bit of tomato puree, one with greek black olives and one with sun dried tomatoes. Had these with a big greek salad with some really good greek feta and olives and homemade greek dressing.

We've got like 10 more lbs. of potatoes to get through. Though my oven can get to 550F, it overwhelms my exhaust fan's capacity, so I tried running the broiler for the last 2 mins of cooking. Good char and great chew!
