    And for me.

Don't be fooled. That old insulation was doing nothing. We still have a lot of work to do in the attic before we move back in but I think I can already feel the difference up there with the blown in cellulose. That shit got everywhere.

The most amazing thing about walking into an old house that’s been re-insulated well? Is how quiet it is!

Cheers, brother. Thanks you for the smile at the end of a tough day.

That picture makes me itchy in ways that can not be scratched.

    Glad I made you smile.

If only I was getting the whole place insulated. It's a 3 1/2 story brick 3 flat. I'm duplexed in 3 and the attic. We are only doing the attic which will be huge. The walls up there would get pretty hot to touch and there was no sealing around the can lights. You could smell the hot old rafters when it was sunny. We still haven't moved back in but it is noticeably cooler. The drywallers don't know how good they have it.

I don't know if it just doesn't bother me that much or that more modern stuff isn't as itchy as the old insulation.
