Find your local to you PCA and go to some of their events. Chatting with the longbeards is a worthwhile use of your time.

I still want a 718 GTS 4.0 manual….. I hope they don’t cease production before I’m ready to order. And I hope when I do it doesn’t sink to the bottom of the ocean.

I wonder about the interior dimensions of that thing. Modern cars are pretty wide.

Or, maybe its best use is not as a car hauler. Maybe it could be a mobile espresso stand for auto races and car club events. Or go the 1970s route with a mattress in the back, a keg, and a bitchin' sound system.

The latter. Or the sweetest CX race park up you could ever wish for. Hot shower and warm bike wash included.

I wondered about the dims too and scrolling the comments confirmed the openings can accommodate Lionel’s speed racer. So, using it as a legit car hauler is not off the table.

I’ll pick up the oil if we can find a sponsor for the diesel.

Think happy thoughts and don’t look for one right now. Your post caused me to do a quick search, and pretty much the only Porsche dealer stock I find in the PNW is courtesy cars (Macans) for sale.

It’ll be an order when the time comes. Or a CPO. But yeah, now is a bad time to get any car.

What, you don't want a Macan that's been lead-footed daily by the college kid who drives customers to the office?

I've test driven a bunch of 100,000+ Boxters for friends with Autocross dreams. Funny thing, they seem to do well in hostile environments.

Jon that P car is quite special. During a track day at Summit Point there was a fellah with a car nearly that nice, who flat out hooned it for the whole weekend. He was on the skid pad having a ball. I shook his hand because THAT'S what it is all about.

    Goes double for bikes.

A Porsche Zagato based on the 356 B. This is 1 of 9 built. 8 are in America.
