I don't usually like these re-classics, but that's impressive. Though I somehow feel like the front end is more resolved than the rear.

My photos don't do the car justice. I actually think the back end is very nice compared to a 356 B

I think you either really like Zagato or you don't in general. I think the body work he did for Porsche, Alfa, Aston in the late 50's early 60's is some of best cars around.

If you have never seen an Alfa Romeo TZ2 Zagato Coupe, look it up. One of the most beautiful cars in my opinion. The Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato is also no slouch.

Hah, that's funny. I was going to say the rear reminds me of an Aston Martin, but thought that was ridiculous. I mean, I have only a passing knowledge of Aston Martins so what do I know?

No really, I think it looks great.

My friend Bob showed up in this at the Tuesday night BMW dinner meetup.

He restored it to absolute perfection.

Pete, during one of our training days at Summit point a gent showed with the same car also restored to new condition. He drove it with no regard for stone chips or melted rubber. I never showed my cars or curated their existence. Experiencing these cars as they were is the point.

Was it guy named Bob from Connecticut?

He's got a bunch of vintage BMW's as well...

No, he was from Virginia. That cat was a hero. Gazillion $$ car and he's driving it like it's stolen. Love that.

Somehow last year I missed the Adac 24h and especially that impressive piece of driving from Kévin Estre on the Manthey Porsche in the traffic of the first laps. They ended up winning the race. In 2022 they had to abandon when Laurens Vanthoor made contact with the winning Audi of his brother Dries and went at 260kph into the barriers, thanksfully without injuries.

And howdy. Wish I'd had that level of quick acceleration response and maneuverability last weekend driving north out of Virginia on I-81. Is everyone on crack these days? What a nightmare.

Wuzzzah mattah you don't like playing footsie with semi-trucks?

For thread parity never have I ever seen a Porsche 911S on I81 S. of Fredricksburg.

Semis weren’t so bad it was the crazed SUV’s (now I know where all the KIA Souls live) buzzing around them that were the problem.

My wife said out of the blue “a Porsche would be nice for road trips” - that’s how sketchy things were.

I know this may come off as ludicrous but was hoping for a tractor.

Gabba gabba hey. I need me a farm so I can have that tractor. Sigh, it even has companion seats.

Probably the coolest tractor I've seen, thanks for posting.

I was in Germany 2 months ago and saw a dude on one of these tractors working on his farm. Very cool!

Coolest vehicle I saw in Munich was a silver DB9. I need to go back and see one of these tractors.
