US troops in Afghanistan were doing the same thing until someone noticed and had them stop sharing their locations. A young member of my engineering team was TDY in a dangerous, OCONUS location providing tech support for the US military. Sure enough, he posted a run on Strava. I contacted him immediately and told him to stop sharing. He realized the risk and promptly complied.

So there it is, running is bad for you.
Same thing with is in Balad, Iraq. There were some guys that thought it was cool to openly post their runs on base and taking tagging photos of exactly where they were. You can teach OPSEC all you want, but you can't fix stupid.
I am probably the least technology aware person I know but even I stopped recording my rides from and to my front gate about a decade ago, to reduce the risk of being a target for bike theft.
Depending on how you come and go that radius is very easy to figure out with a compass. Draw circles with the centers at the route endpoints, you have two candidate points. If one end clearly isn't residential even easier. It's slightly more difficult if the user changes the setting from the default but most people don't.
And I suppose the density of one’s area can make it easier or not.
