Except for the new altar, which IMO looks totally out of place. The rest of it, wonderful.

I get France's need to put something in place that refers to the reconstruction of the space. There was a service going on while we were in the church. I didn't notice the altar until I was nearer to it on the opposite side. It does not stand out in that great volume of the transept. And if you watch people in there, they look at the altar and then look up. So the shape has a nice gesture of invocation without any sense of kitsch.

One of my Labradors tales great offence to ringtail possums and tells them and the neighbourhood about it on a nightly basis.

Grey Fantail adult moments post bathing with chest feathers blowing in early morning breeze. I usually only chase birds in my garden in winter/spring and never noticed until now how their chest becomes more buff colour in summer - diet I suspect....
