Dave Chiu's primary cross frame for this season. Front triangle mitering and welding. I used the spec sheet from his first cross frame from me (#033), it'll be nice to see how this one (#048) improves.

The rock star is dying. And it's a small tragedy. Rock stars have blogs now. I have no use for that kind of rock star.

Getting all the parts together and tubes mitered is all the energy I had this week. Pneumonia is a time killer. Hopefully I'll mod the lugs and braze it all together over the holiday weekend, health permitting.

Got a new gas lens, little guy, so messing around with setups...can you tell I learned gas welding first?
The last few bits for another rando bike, weather has been perfect this week.

Some busy weeks atm with customer bikes and now preparation for the UCI world champs in our home town in 4 weeks.
Some of the pics show that we mask / airbrush all of our branding on our frames - no decals.
Karl's GTR will be shipped off to Austria next week.
Finally Lou's beautiful GTR Cubano with Di2 Integrated. The name sticker is a nice touch for an American-Aussie

Well the new VMC is now scheduled to be installed on Tuesday. In the mean time, we've been taking advantage of the shut down for some shop upgrades.
been a while, sorry about the low res, I turned my camera down and my welder up.
I know we've been slacking on this board. I blame a lack of rain. CX dropouts soaking and Working on a stainless lugged singlespeed city bike. Maybe a NAHBS bike?
