This stuff is magic
6 tweaked or new stock sizes. All new CNC parts. Too many part numers. Furious 16 hour days. Customers. Dutchmen. Money.
I need a beers.
All that is left on this 47cm tourer is low rider bosses and fork cable routing. Lots to think about once a frame gets really small! (sorry about the bad photo)
Cut out some lugs for my next build out of Pacenti artisan stainless lugs.
All of the bits and pieces.

Still a bit to do: position the chainguard, setup the cables, etc but its getting close. This is he first rack that I've built. Since it supports my full body weight, it should do fine with a case of Ipswich Ale. I kind of wish that I put a taillight on it too...next time:
