Not that I could ever afford one, but thanks. Wish more companies would put a little bit of thought into battery placement on their Di2 specific frames.

craig--are you going to be moving toward a tapered fork (Enve Composites) on the ciclocross frames as well?

the anvil booth is right across from mine i think. you shouldn't need to ride a bike there darren- but i'll keep it handy for you anyway.

    Hey Craig:
I'm very fired up for my Corsa. Question: any plans to offer soft goods at any point? I'm a beeotch for that kinda stuff.
    Thanks,
    Christian

I'd rock the cock on a tee (just don't use that phrase or outsiders might get confused).

kool and the gang! soon i hope. given endless time and monies, i'd like to do some cycling cap visors and some skinsuits with pockets. that and maybe some hurting '80s style members only style windbreakers with cock logos. we'll see. as it currently stands, endless supplies of half litre cans of jupiler will be the only soft goods at nahbs- but beer is a sof drink right?

    - justin at luxewheelworks might have some t-shirts kicking....send him a note.

    thanks for the kind words!

i'll try not to forget all you little people when gaulzetti goes big time in bicycling magazine. airport travellers around the world will soon be witness to this thing. i don't get nervous- and my pal james morrison raced this bike's exact geometric twin all through 2009 and raved about it being the best rriding bike he'd ever had up to that point....but i'd be lying if i said i'm not waiting with eager anticipation about how this thing is received by strickland and bicycling. bill's favorite bike is his IF XS and they don't get much better than that.... but still i know the thing drives ok, i know it's well built, i know justin did a great job assembling it and i'm pretty proud of it...but it's kind of like dropping your baby off at harvard- or at least harvard, ma middle school.

    came out nice though huh?

What more could you ask for, besides one in the right size? Perfect.

i could ask for bill to test my bike after he test rides a specialized allez sport or a motobecane bikes direct or a fuji finest or something- instead the corsa is going to be ridden right after he finishes up test riding the new merckx emx5; a bike that fucking kills.

just kidding- i can't wait to hear their thoughts! at least it got there in one piece and justin did an awesome job boxing it up and building it by all accounts.

strangely enough it has been a profitable. no advertising or marketing to speak of, coupled with batch builds which do not pre-date orders, and the end result has been a pretty cost neutral endeavor on my end and i would hope a moderatly profitable one for my distributor. i actually look forward to expanding and growing the brand in 2011 and imagine that gaulzetti cicli may require going a bit in to the red to achieve my long term goals.

What have you learned that has most surprised you about having your own bike brand?
