it's a merckx- which means the wheels are in the right place and the bike doesn't wiggle. the new crew in charge at merckx are doing a great job of re-invigorating the brand and the product mix for 2011 is great. plus- quickstep livery always looks good.
this is supposed to be a thread about gaulzetti though. eddy can get his own fucking smoked out thread!
cool pic, thanks!...which one is mine? is it the one with the isp? the new 1.5 headtube matches up nicely with the rest of the frame. can't wait.

Craig,
Can you share any info on your isp topper, specifically id dimensions and supplier, am interested for a carbon project.
Bill
hi bill-
i've been using the dedacciai "corto" isp topper. the range it works with is 35,1mm to 35,8mm and it allows a bit of vertical adjustment and enough setback that i don't have to wrap my head around designing my frames differently than i would were it a traditional frame using a regular seatpost and it doesn't insult my aesthetic sensibilities. it is also produced by the same folks who produce my seat tubes- so it all works quite well together.
thanks,
craig
oh man, they look awesome...especially my blue one. I'll be heading up to Nashua soon to pick it up. dumb question: where are the barrel adjusters?
good eye! they're not on there yet...they will be soon though. drills, rivet guns, 1 1/2 reaming and facing tools- stuff that isn't welded -sometimes gets done here at the shop post production. all the drilling for internal di2 stuff for example.
