    Default Are they ALL dirty?

Nope, not pro racers, universities. There are only two college sports teams who have NEVER been found to break the rules. Those are Stanford and Penn State.
So after the recent PED threads about racers all being dirty (or not), here is the question,

Are they all dirty and those two are just lucky to not get caught?

    Please answer and expound.
    Good cyclists are:
Visible, Predictable, Alert, Assertive and Courteous

They also use the five layers of protection available.
    Layer 1: Control your bike
Layer 2: Know and follow the rules of the road
Layer 3: Ride in the smartest lane position
    Layer 4: Manage hazards skillfully
    Layer 5: Utilize passive protection.

I think you're talking about D1A schools, a pretty limited subset of all colleges and universities.

What defines never having broken the rules? Lack of sanctions, boosters indicted, never having hired Rick Pitino?

Somehow Calipari manages to walk away scot free, leaving the universities to hold the bag.

But he does have a 200K wardrobe clause in all of his contracts. Besides winning, it is perhaps his one redeeming quality.
    Got some cash
    Bought some wheels
    Took it out

    But we're alright

I was referring to universities that only 2 have never, EVER been sanctioned for ANY sports related violation. No recruiting violations, point shaving or anything else.
