same day suit in NYC???

so all this bike riding has taken its toll on my wardrobe. My suits just dont fit the way they used to I have done about as much re tailoring as is reasonable. I have some very fine suits that will not survive cutting again. I have lost 40 pounds.

I dont wear suits often for business these days but just landed a project that is taking me out of the country for a week, in a week. Preparations are keeping me very busy, but Monday I will be in the Manhattan for a day and could get fitted in the morning and pick up something that evening. I have spoke to Brooks, and LS and Zegna and HF and any place else I can think of but the only place that says they can do same day tailoring is Men's Wearhouse. I do not expect that they will have the quality I am looking for.

I am wiling to pay. I just need the last minute attention. I need a suit and some slacks and a sport coat or two. My shirts are fine.

Any ideas?

All help appreciated.

THAT IS AWESOME NEWS BUB and apologies for the loss of your suits...something had to give.

Heck, if I was an betting man and in NYC I'd see about trading a good dinner with Chasea for some manly suit purchasing guidance. He seems to have the knack.

and yea, Josh this is almost all your fault. I will add that most of the weight has been gone a while but something about the TT routine seems to be shifting the weight around a bit. You did warn me. "if you start training like this, you are going to need a good tailor."
