Any logo bigger than the Levi's tag is a problem, in my opinion. $200+ of jeans? No thanks.

in this thread, it would appear even chasea has met his match

there's a clear mandate for greater restraint re: back pocket of jeans (magnificent bastard has covered this well), but Levi's is not the answer. ever. well, unless it's 1848 and you're in coloma, ca, working the mines

If you don't have any design chops, just slap a bigger logo on it.

sweet jesus I have overly ordinate ass stitching. Flat Head is about as ornate as I'll tolerate.

True confession. Yesterday I almost crossed the street to slap a guy wearing skinny women's jeans. Is that so terrible?

So a female friend of mine gets her jeans made to measure by a California based outfit that has the sewing done in Mexico. Satisfaction or your money back. I think the money was around $100. I can't remember the name of the company - do any of you guys know?

I've got two friends that wear that size. Both about 6'2'', 135-145 lbs.

Then there's David, at 6'9'', they'd be too short.

    For a little perspective, that's a J-bass, not a Strat.

Yes. Really. It's awesome to see companies making pants for people who aren't big. Another favorite are Filson's Single Tin pants. They come in a size 28 with unfinished legs so you can hem them to exactly 33&7/8" if you want to.

Ernie Ball Music Man only spoken here, but I agree with the rest of the sentiment.
