Hi Everyone! Here is an ACB Team Compact, with brushed stainless HT lugs, crown, and drop outs, that's off to its new home this week.

There are some more photos here if anyone is interested: Wylie's Team Compact - a set on Flickr

    Thank you!

    almost midnight here.

I made my paint booth functional:

It has a dust filter for the fresh air intake and a four stage filter for the output: turbulence maker (visible), fiber filter, active charcoal and a final fiber filter.

    Here it is in action:

I still need to install a door to finish it off.

This is one of the frames I finished this week:

Can you see where the seat stay was broken? Didn't think so.
    Cheers

Seat stays made using our new mandrel bender and the Anvil bender. Good repeatability and bend quality. The piece of paper at the top right is the hand written procedure for making them from raw tube to finished product. Later typed up with photos.

Working on our Ultegera Di2 bike and thinking about NAHBS

We got a few copies of the book that Ziba made about our Oregon Manifest project. It's rad! They were printed steps from our shop. Some proofs:

And my work in progress... make a better coaster brake.
