I'm tired of Bonk breakers, Cliff bars, GUs, NUUN, etc. I'm also just not digging sweet food on the bike as much... makes my teeth feel slimy.
Made some sushi rolls to try out yesterday. Not such a bad thing.
Reduced the amount of vinegar/sugar mixture by about 2/3 to keep the rice a bit dryer (also made 1 w/out vinegar cuz the lady doesn't dig it).
Threw in baked bacon, scrambled egg, steamed carrot, raw string bean (for texture) and cream cheese.
Double roll with nori cuz it'll get a little soggy if you don't.
Taste better than Lim's rice cakes and they don't fall apart when you unwrap em.
Wrapping in plastic wrap is ok but probably better to do it in butcher paper so that you can unwrap em easier on the bike.

Dunno if yinz dig savory on the bike but it certainly was a nice change.
