Shit. If jitahs thinks that it is funny it may be coming across as dickish. Which it is, but in a good natured way...I have them too.

    I know you pay attention...

This is a dickish comment: I meant to tell you I went to El Toro awhile back. You were right -- it is awesome!

There are other choices to be made down the line. I need to know those as well. Otherwise poor skinny Heisenberg is going to be like a deer in the headlights when they start asking.

As far as I'm concerned there are only 3 choices: pollo asado, carnitas and carne asada. Not a fish taco guy nor did I look for it but worth a shot.

Some guys lightly crisp a small tortilla and put a soft one inside. Like.

Aitchberg needs the old El Toro magic ingredient to repair: lard.

Fish tacos are a Sandy Eggo thing. Best eaten there. MAYBE as far north as LA, but that's about it.

Buddy of mine had a 900SS he let me sit on. Mmmmm I still want one. Gotta be red and gotta be full fairing.

I've had a full fairing bike. Never again. The amount of hot air that is directed out of the trailing edges of the fairing can be brutal. Especially when it is hot outside and your are at a stop. It is nice when it is cold outside as it gives some heat to your legs. The other reason to avoid all the tupperware is that it adds a bunch of time to doing maintenance...plus you never get the stuff on the same way twice, fasteners are a bitch, you will eventually crack it, drop it, scratch it....

Yes thank you Gummee everyone in the state of California has been repeating that mantra for the last few decades including my wife but then she drags my ass out of bed on the weekend to ride to her favorite taco truck so I can watch her eat them.

I'll let her know your advice, maybe get more shut eye.

PS there is no such thing as a full fairing 900ss now go back to bed yerself.

What has 16" wheels, steers like a UPS truck, sounds like agricultural pump, and is fucking baller? Yeah, that.

Just because there are fish tacos, doesn't mean you should eat em.

Funny. Looks like it says 900 SS to me. ...but I've been known to be wrong.

    Yep, yet she does.

Wouldn't call that full, we called that 3/4. I think what you want is a Windjammer.

Hey Grant remember that thing about Lambrettas? It's happening with Ducatis.

While in general I'd agree with you, the one on the 900SS isn't that bad. I don't get feel much warm air coming out the back winter or summer but then I wear leathers regardless of the temps. It's pretty easy to take off; 6 bolts get one side off and 4 the other (two bolts hold the bottoms together). I'd guess it takes 3-4 minutes tops to remove one side. Having said that, one of these days I'm going to replace my full fairing with the Ducati Kämna 1/2 fairing. Ducati Aprilia Kämna - Tuning-Parts Catalog I'd like to be able to see the engine.
Eat one live toad first thing in the morning and nothing worse will happen to you all day.

Not only was he incredibly "lucky" to lose it somewhere where there actually was some run-off, he's going so fast that he actually bounces (0:43) over the 5 foot stone wall 100 feet or so from the road. Had he hit that he'd have been a goner.

I can certainly understand why there are calls to ban racing at the IOM.

My BMW R1150RT had zero hot air coming out of the fairing. None. Talk about an awesome weather-managing fairing! When it rained, the outer part of your upper thighs, your forearms, and your shoulders are the only thing that gets wet. Makes for some great all-weather sport touring.

...but it takes (IIRC) 22 bolts to get that fairing off to do the valves. Took me longer to get the fairing off than it did to change the oil, do the valves, and then sync the TBs. The Germans know a thing or two, so it always went back together right.
