Default What should I make for dinner? (The Super Wal*mart Edition)

Imagine for a moment that you live in a world where your grocery options are (a) a local market where the produce is shrink-wrapped, (b) Super Walmart, or (c) catching/hunting it yourself.

The nearest quality grocery store is 80 miles away.

The catching and hunting seasons are over.

    This is my world.

(I know it might be hard to grasp for people who have a neat little deli around the corner that serves corned beef on rye with the best caraway seeds, but it's actually how lots of the country lives.)

So here's your challenge: Using only ingredients available in a Super Wal*mart, propose your very best menu below. It can be anything, so long as the ingredients are available at Super Walmart.

This weekend I will make my favorite proposal and post a picture here.

walmart near us has better meat than our grocery store. I think the Carnitas thread on page 4 is where I'd start, or maybe barbacoa, beans and rice. Walmart doesnt offer any more bad choices than our local publix, you just have to have discipline in what you eat and I sadly have too little of that.
