Ordered my mug this morning about 30 seconds after I saw it on the instagrams. Super excited!

Re: Firefly Bicycles
As we come upon the dawn of our 300th build I'd like to take a moment to look back.
There is nothing more pure than this classic shot of the bicycle :: the side-shot.
So I've randomly grabbed some from our archives… some going way back, some recent, each one unique.

Re: Firefly Bicycles
Those are some sweet bikes - thank you for posting. And you're right - the side shot is THE shot.
They are all great bikes, but I got to say my favorites are the bare ti with Campy or Shimano. A solid bike with a solid groupset and no need for frills.
Can't wait to get my firefly. The way I see it, it's a frame I will pass down to one of my kids in twenty years.

Re: Firefly Bicycles
Tyler, this retrospective is some kind of bible-catalog to anyone interested in how a well thought bike should look like for any type of ride.
Personally, even if I can imagine the road, cx and mtb bikes are the ones getting more attention, I think you have really got something special and unique with the Scorcher/Randonneur styled ones, managing to create something classic and modern at the same time. And this is quite a difficult gift.
Congratulations and thanks for sharing those beauties

Boston AM :: A Selection :: @fireflybicycles :: #bostonam ::
I've been working on this documentation series for a while on instagram. It's called "Boston AM".
Every day I post 1 pic from my morning ride here in Boston.
I try to showcase as much street art as I can in these posts, but sometimes I present other aspects of the ride.
I have been encouraging others to contribute to the Boston AM hashtag with some success.
You can follow at @fireflybicycles or the hashtag #bostonam.
Anyway, here is a small selection from the series… well a large amount, but a small sampling:
…there's plenty more where that came from, and many more to come. #bostonam.

Re: Firefly Bicycles
At the very least, there should be a 2014 calendar lurking in there. . . . I'd buy a few to give to friends, fer shure.
