Back into the workshop at full steam after my little Europe holiday

It would be nice if the mercury climbed above 5 degrees C in the workshop!

I finished up a full-featured rando frame and got it off to paint. Only managed to snap a picture of the stem.

Integrated bell mount and centrepull brake hanger which takes an m5 adjuster angled to match where the cable will be exiting the bartape

I also built up a fillet brazed max frame which I built for a local gentleman.

He has some back issues and has had ankle surgery so I had to build a bike that he could get the most out of with his riding, which he does a lot of.

First themed bike, paint is inspired by the Spitfire

I could probably pimp those welds up a bit, but they're solid enough for me to ride the crap out of.

What do you do when Rock Shox decides to change how you make travel adjustments on the SID? Head to the lathe and mill and make it "custom". 85mm is just the right amount of travel needed here. 15mm of Rock Shox original equipment removed.

    9218421602_8aec8af0d7.jpg

And the finished bike with all 85mm of travel:

Hope everyone had a great holiday and is staying out of the heat!

    Thanks for looking.
