Mohican 100 Mile MTB race. Started as a mud fest (with some doing full on bike washing at aid station 2), ended in a dust bowl. I was aked at aid station 3 if I needed lube, mech looked down and said 'wow, best looking chain I've seen all day!' Nary a peep from the chain all day, bike so quiet I realized I need a new BB.

Pic is prior to side plate wiping.

Mad love Shoogs. Close the books. After hearing this from you and Turkish ,who by the by are certainly in contention for stressing NFS the most, I'm feeling really good about the product.

What NFS needs now is some attention from the magazines and e-pubs.

LOL Just wait until you see the (unnamed) Beta product. It's just as good and 100% different from anything you've used before.

    LOOOOOOOVVVVEEEE this stuff.
haven't used my chain cleaner since switching 9 months ago (one new chain swap since).
just follow the instructions, ride, wipe, repeat, reapply, wipe, ride, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat.
(and measure the chin once a month)
I'm obsessive about a quiet bike, and this stuff is fantastic.
    AMAZING.

I'm gonna jump on the bandwagon here. I've told customers (and meant it) for years that I don't care what they use on their chain as long as they keep it clean and don't over apply.

This changes that. NFS is meaningfully better at keeping the chain silent and smooth shifting than any other product I've tried.

    WHEN CAN I STOCK IT??

Last week I spent 2 days mountain biking in the sand and rain down in DuPont/Brevard. My bike basically needs a full tear-down/rebuild at this point. BTW, never heard a single squeak outta my chain baybee!

I know an endorsement from a 63 year old poser won't mean much but all the guys iI ride with keep asking why my chain and cassett are always so clean and quiet. I finally shared with them and now I am almost out. Great for us weekend warriors!

Applied as directed to my mtb (singlespeed if that matters) and gravel bike chains. The silence of the drivetrain allowed me to enjoy the crystalline subtleties of nature's music box. This weekend she happened to be playing the Blue Danube. Trail conditions were perfect tacky, so no testing in the dusty stuff yet. (If only I could safely apply this to my BB7 rotors...) Which brings me to a good point: having a silent drivetrain also helped me tune in to a squeaky Eggbeater and creaky saddle rails that are now tended to that I otherwise might have just lived with. The second bottle I bought as a gift might just not get gifted. Great stuff!

NFS bottles marching out of the world headquarters.

Hey!!! All orders rec'd last week ship Monday including the shop order yo. NFS is on a few VERY select retail shelves, three to be exact. If you want your local shop to carry it have them drop me a line.

    PS - Dopers Suck.

Gave two of my bottles to my finer friends. They will give the lube a proper rogering as well.

Recent shops stocking NFS include Mike Butchko's "The Bicycle Place" The Bicycle Place . Mike has been in the game for over 30 years and I personally appreciate his involvement with community and excellent bike fits.

Also, Steven LeBoyer (formerly ran the Serotta Fit School) Savile Road | The Tailored Bicycle is stocking NFS.

Folks, if you live near one of these shops you save shipping $$ and if you don't than consider getting your LBS to stock it and earn yourself a free bottle of NFS. We are not above simple bribery ;)

Okay, so I asked about my shop stocking this a few months ago, and was told point blank "no way, direct only". So... What, a dozen donuts?

Inspired Ride Bicycles in Puyallup/Graham, WA wants NFS! Shall I have the owner contact you directly?

Are you still Cont. US only Josh? I haven't been able to think of a suitable trade for some merch.

I've caved-in and am shipping outside the USA. You are a peach for being so patient with me. Thanks.

Well then; it will make things easier on you and cheaper for us if we get all the Aussies who want to try some together for one shipment USA -> Oz and re-distribute from there. Sydney's probably best but if no-one volunteers I'll do it from Melbourne.

For that turn of kindness I'll be sure to chuck in some goodies to share. Thanks.
