Default Lunch spot in Greenwich/West Chester?

Amie and I will be driving home to Philadelphia from Providence this coming Sunday.

We're looking for a spot to get lunch, stretch our legs a bit in a nice town, maybe do some early holiday shopping?

Any suggestions for places with good gluten/dairy free options? Greenwich and Nyack were my first two thoughts...

We just tried Organic Planet in Greenwich the other day and were quite impressed. And Thai Basil is practically across the street from Signature Cycles...

btw, i'll give you one more - maybe not so much holiday shopping but on a nice day it's hard to beat Rowayton Seafood and a walk around town. there, now i'm done.

Ate in Rowayton yesterday. Pizza was ok. You have to trill your R's when you pronounce the town's name.

You stop there before and after work? I can see how 2 miles in an M3 convertible would de-humanize a man to the point where he'd need crepe.

    Looks delicious, by the way.

Meli-Melo is great, but the best things there are loaded with dairy and/or gluten (other than the salads). It's not like nathnoj is going to go for a Nutella crèpe...
