Top tube mitre
On the third attempt I finally got the headtube construction working how I wanted. BTW that's boron fibre that gives it the funny surface.
Happily proceeded with cutting and mitring the tubes.
Fitted in Jig
Have you spotted the error? Due to a calculation error, every single mitre is 5mm shorter than it needed to be. What was that about measure twice cut once?
