Spherical joint

I had to fab these by hand since the promised machined ones never showed up. They seem to work...



Range of motion_1

From 63 degrees



Cleaned up

To 72 degrees.



First fit up

If you look closely you can just see how the seatstay bonds into the double socket on the spherical joint.



Failed attempt at internal routing

Not everything works so well.

Apart from being home alone with the kids this week I''ve built a fork, started working on the frame to go with the fork, built a pair of wheels for a customer, taken a couple of orders and popped into work and started building up three cross bikes for a couple of the team.
