Re: Superbowl 2016 - Chowhound
So,
sitting here with a nice little bowl of fresh olives, stuffed with blue cheese, that I picked up at the Olive farm yesterday.
My dog is eating the olives!!!!
They were supposed to be for me.

Pssst Shino. Final version of the polenta to go with the beef short ribs was really good. I also served a traditional chimichurri on the side, just sayin'.
IF I had time to do a reduction using the pot liquor mmmmm well that would have been the business. Maybe next time.

Polenta recipe? I just started mine.. in the fridge. will skim fat and finish tue, or wed for a hot movie date night. Cimichurrie sounds fantastic with the rich ribs! I'll probably make mashed spuds with parsley as I won't have to figure it out.
