Could be a childhood obsession or a homemade salsa you've been making for year and never put a name on it?
This is a peanut sauce I made for myself mostly. It's too spicy for most people.
1. Cook and puree Tomatillo. Run it thru a medium sieve.
2. Process Jalapeno and fresh garlic in a food processor until smooth. Season heavily with salt.
3. Combine #1,#2 with double the amt. of good organic peanut butter and toss with noodle and cool.
I call it crack.
