    Default Seasoning terracotta cookware

I just picked up two De Silva terracotta cooking bowls (glazed, except for the bottom). I've been reading seasoning recommendations ranging from boiling water and vinegar in them to soak in water for a long period of time, or wash in the dishwasher.
Any real world experience with the terracotta seasoning process? Is there one that has been working better than the others?

Fully submerge in water for a couple of hours, put in cold oven, heat up to 300 - 325 and cook for a couple of hours.

Turn the oven off, let cool in the oven.

Wipe with olive oil (lightly), put in cupboard.
