Ragge Mountain Gear?
Has anyone purchased any gear from Ragged Mountain Home page ? It is made in the USA and looks cool.
Cheers,

Re: Ragge Mountain Gear?
Whenever I'm up in the Whites I try and pop into Ragged Mountain (and truth be told, the consignment shop at IME). I've been a regular at Ragged for the past 20 years I suppose. Great staff. I've purchased most of my rock climbing gear and quite a bit of my camping/mountaineering gear there. For the Ragged fleece brand, I've purchased mittens, hats, balaclavas, vests, jackets, pants and a few of their blankets for the pooch. Everything is well made, takes a beating and is reasonably priced. Don't know if they're still making their Attitash vests/jackets with a more slim fit, but that was a selling point for me several years back. Anyway, they have a great reputation in my neck of the woods and definitely stand by their product. It's been a few years since I've purchased something and maybe that's a good thing.

It's been a long time since I've been in, but I've been purchasing from them for about 25 years.

Great stuff and good people. Amazingly affordable.
It is on the wrong side of the Whites for me, but I stop by once a year on one of the very long rides (not this year though).
