This is beyond exciting to see my new 27.5+ bike being built. The curves on this frame are off the charts. I can't wait to ride the @#$@ out of it.

I had the same feeling last year when Kris was building my Huntsman ST. If it's half as good as mine (let's be real, Kris has had another year of experience, yours will be a bit better) you will love it. I'm blown away every time I ride mine.

    Thanks Kris!

    Hi Kris,

I think you were using an alignment "table" based on a piece of aluminum extrusion a while ago. Is this still the case, or have you moved on to a surface plate? What was your experience with the extrusion based solution? Was it "good enough" in practice for production? Thinking of trying something similar, mainly due to needing to be "mobile".

    Thanks,
    Alex Vaivars

It has routing for a 30.9mm dropper. Client did not want to run one initially.
