Funny, I fight like hell not to be promoted. With a wife who also works full time. Quality of is more important than brass rings. The problem is they want always promote me.

They want me to take a staff job (promotion) in 2018 in Appleton, WI. More money, more work, Wisconsin winters, what's not to love?

I don't know man, I'd take WI roads 8 month of the year and some XC skiing lessons for the other four over the thunderstorm vistas and 105 degree summers any day. I say spend $1k on some feathered friends down gear and live it up in the north.
