That looks really cool to me.
I just saw something very similar on Paceline yesterday, the thread was 'DIY smoker' or something similar I believe.
I have been wanting a smoker bigtime but frankly don't have the financial means atm, this looks to be a pretty viable option. The one on paceline looked very, very similar to this.

The smokenator attachments don't look all too different. For the price I imagine it would be worth a shot in trying one.

I've used one for several years, read this at Amazing Ribs for some good tips and ideas. I had an older Weber that I rebuilt and made a dedicated smoker. It also makes for good conversation when you tell someone you use a Smokenator 1000 sounds like something the coyote would order from ACME :>) with better results though. Have fun with it I use mine a lot in the summer. I use small tin foil bread pans instead of the little water dish it comes with allows me to use more charcoal and wood chunks. I've gotten a 6 hour smoke from a single fill and adding charcoal if needed is very easy.

Thanks folks.
That one that was on Paceline is a buddy of mine. John sent me pics of it the day he got it, really is interesting, he says he is getting very good results with it, so .....
I ordered a Smokenator today, will be interesting to see how it goes.
