Have had issues with the seam between the two half’s spliting
I suspect it was due to process, I silvered the two half’s together then mitred/filleted the B.B. and CS’s
Any experience out there?

Wouldn't have thought those yokes are designed with silver in mind.

Bill has a great point. This part was not originally designed to be brazed. Both halves interfaces are completely flat with limited surface area with no lip for silver to penetrate and increase the surface area and increase strength of the joint. That (IMO) is what makes a silver brazed joint strong: You either build up a fillet or there is sufficient surface area in the form of a lug / socket interface so it's the combined elements and it's subsequent design where strength draws it's collective longevity.
These were meant to be TIG welded together, not brazed.
Thanks
