If you buy a $15,000 jacket made from an ostrich via a wire transfer from your bank in Cyprus, how much of the purchase price is the value of being able to return it later for sweet, clean and free cash?
Maybe the jacket actually costs the retailer $2,000. You return it later, pay a 35% "restocking fee". $9,800 comes out the other end.
