Geez Homie, you are bringing it hard to the table. Love the fresh new perspectives. These are some badass rides. That Kid is gonna have fun in Holland for sure... what a rad bike
well- we won a race in Belgium. I guess we've made it to the big time.
Next stop- the prestigious Tour of Kosovo.
(No- that is not a joke.)
That is simply awesome. I've long been interested in race bikes to a budget and how best to spend less than an unlimited stack of dollars. With a single race bike I think it needs to fit well and be fairly crash-resistant. Cash spent on good wheels and tyres seems to give a sound return. My current mileage (relatively speaking) bike has Potenza and Zondas, and is nothing if not reliable, but I still thought of the group and wheels as training grade/weight rather than race-worthy. I guess it just proves again that the truly talented can race almost anything while many of the rest of us chase our performance at the bike shop. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but there's a lesson there I think.
The frame looks great. It's not easy to nail a distinctive colour scheme but I think that one does it.
Please keep us posted on your young protégé's progress...
Craig, has anyone ordered a carbon omnidrome yet? I'd love to see some pics.
If not, would one of you guys please do so? Thanks.
