Oliver Peoples Aero LA frames in bright gold. They remind me of a pair of gold Cartier frames that Laurent Fignon used to wear. Not as lovely as the gold in those Cartier frames, but they are as close as I've seen in a long while.

I did my masters at Clemson and research in Blackville, SC. Blackville was country. On my drives down to Blackville I would stop at a community, two turns on dirt roads, a ring on manufactureda mobile homes where in the middle was a pit. Couldnt buy til 11am and that was usually early. It was expensive for a grad student. I would skip lunches to save enough to buy it. This video reminds me of South Carolina BBQ. I still love Texas Brisket but that place got me through a lot of hard work.

Those cranks = very lustworthy indeed. They're like a modern, high end, MTB version of the Profile BMX cranks I grew up lusting after.

I did have some nice 3-piece cranks that were indestructible, but they weren't Profiles, and I always wanted a real set of Profiles...
