I'm too cooked from yesterday's OUTDOOR ride. It was a tad above freezing, so we rode down to Longacres Dairy for ice cream.

WAAAY too nasty and bitter with the wind to be outside yesterday. Today I'm very thankful for Larry's efforts towing me around for a few laps. Thanks to the VSalon connection for riding partners. It's been a challenging couple of weeks away from the bike.

Not so sure who was towing whom - my legs are so fried I'm dialing back tomorrow's ride! I'm starting to think combining my hard day and long day may not be the smartest thing to do:-^

Tomorrow's forecast is for heavy rain. I'm planning on dropping into Watopia at 9:30 for two laps of "The Pretzel" and maybe a flat lap cool down to follow. I will probably call a 5 min. break after the first climb. If interested contact me or leave a note here and do this:

ALSO, if there are enough people without jobs who can ride ZWIFT this thurs. let's recreate what we had last year. If interested read back (here) a page or two for details. The short story is that we encourage w/kg cheating as long as that is what it takes to get you to ride and you don't lord your superpowers over us ;)

Apologies. I've got a pre-existing Yoga class which I failed to account for. Sheesh.
Same time same bat station NEXT week.

FWIIW the Team EF Education First-Drapac Launch Ride was great, for the first 15 min. before I had to answer my front door and deal. These have some potential, check out how it works. The workout plan was excellent and loved how Zwift piled on the watts gradually.
