I was driving back from the grocery and on the playlist came up Tedeschi Trucks Band live cover of Everybody's Talking and when I got home I told Karen the first show we go to I'm going to embarrass her. When somebody gets going like that, I'm going to be so goddamn happy to hear live music I'm probably going to start bawling. She said "I can't wait. Either."
A little something to brighten the mood...

...Just had my first listen to the 11/1/99 show included with the new Summerteeth box. It was a very different song then.

I listened to Summerteeth, among other albums, just yesterday. I was a late arrival to Wilco years ago, and the first things I heard were live recordings provided by friends and coworkers (via a shared music server at the office, etc). I still tend to listen to their live shows more than their albums, so the studio versions remain a bit of a trip.

My brother bought me the box set. He was the one who got me to really listen to Wilco, and it was their new record Summerteeth that he put in front of me, back in the last millennium. It was "Always in Love" that got me. I would never think it possible to cross "Waiting for My Man" with "Wouldn't It Be Nice", let alone do it so perfectly.
I finally saw them live at Solid Sound 2019, and I went from deep appreciation to deep, deep love.
GO!
I like Karen O, Like the song, and i like willy. but this didnt work for me.
A quick search reveled this one on Youtube:
