Last prepared holiday meal for the year as we had some good friends over this evening and Mrs. RW "peaced out" for 2015 with this Genoa style minestrone soup. All vegetables and torti pasta served with a dollop of pesto and Parmesan for good measure. I've already made reservations at a Thai restaurant for tomorrow evening in order to stay on her good side for 2016.
