Attachment 48498So, my dinner last night wasn't exactly spectacular visually, but it was more than good enough to shovel into my face. I braised some beef with wine, bacon, porcini broth, orange zest (thanks mom) mushrooms, beef broth, herbs, onion, Aleppo pepper, etc.. MY gf made my mom's stuffing recipe. Eff yeah.
