That's close to my gig for the Old Fashioned Rick. I skip the cherry and smash the citrus along with the sugar cube that I put a couple drops of bitter onto. No sweat about that ice, it's not rocket science. We drink because it's a plague not for fashion....this time ;)

I needed something to break the prospect of the new work week.

Mixed up some bourbon (Four Roses for now), sweet vermouth (I use Dolin) and Benedictine... Stir, pour over some ice and add a lemon twist...

    Basic but efficient.

i did a lemon thyme version of the rosemary syrup, i can confirm it is also delightful, but more subtle.

i had my rosemary syrup with some whiskey (wild turkey rare breed last night) and bitters, 2 rocks, twist of orange rind, splash of water.
For my wife i made a vodka cocktail with local blackberry vodka, rosemary simple syrup, a touch of soda, garnished with rosemary sprig, because she likes her cocktails girly

Todd, I have access to a incredibly fragrant fir. The branch tips are insanely aromatic however it's nada for juniper berries at this time of year. I'll wing it unless you have a suggestion. BTW that Rosemary simple syrup used in the Fitzergerald is making me into a hero. The recipe is making the rounds up and down the block.

I made your Lemon Fitzgerald for my neighbor (no touch oy ve) after his evening run. Knocked on his door, he answers. I hand him a clean martini glass, with gloved hand (efff me) and shake/strain into his glass. Happy boy ;)

Makes me think there is a real need for craft made home delivery cocktails nes pas? In this time of need, we probably won't go directly to ATF prision. If busted we'll just call it a humanitarian cause.

The app is growing leaps and bounds. Just two weeks ago it was so fresh that the developer and I chatted about how to improve the interface. It's huuuuge now. Craft brews delivered to your door. How sweet is that???

Nice. Also Josh, Dominion Wine In falls Church has a sister store up your way. If they’re as good a group of folks as Dominion they’re worth supporting during the pandemic. They’re doing curbside pickup of beer wine growlers etc.
