The fact he did a advertisement promoting this and touted it as a big announcement on social media is tacit approval in my opinion. Image if everything to Trump. I doubt he'd approve of the use of his image otherwise.

It also highlights one of the things I dislike about Delaware LLCs. You can hide the UBO, and we don't even know the directors with signing authority. Once you know that you can tie it all together.

The LLCs are just legal shields.
