    But see how given her employment he has to reassure you about that? Many of her co-worker aren't.

    She doesn't have to tell anyone she's a nice person. People figure that out very quickly. Same with her brother/business-partner. Most of their sales people are also very nice. Maybe the second hand stories are from people who were upset they couldn't walk in and just get the extremely limited production or extremely hard to get model they wanted because they're not sitting in the case available.
