got one similar to this as a groomsman gift. i like the purple stitching, and the thing has actually held up incredibly well. slim, just big enough, nice leather.

^^^ I like that. I almost bought the card case from Rapha when it was on clearance.
i haven't carried a folding wallet in many years, using a card holder for id/debit/ins and sometimes a tucker.
but if i did:

I had a Coach. It lasted at least 10 years. Great stuff but it was getting worn out. I still have it in case my Saddleback doesn't work out but I think it will. I bought the Saddleback based on TT's write up here. It is probably close to a year old now and starting to get broken in.
It appears to be the Ambrosio Nemesis of wallets. Or the Mercedes S-Class of wallets. Or the Gulfstream G-V of wallets. Quality in other words. As said, I'll own it for longer than I care to own it.
I expect it to be broken in within the next 5 years or so.
I had a Coach too. Now I have one of these
HIDES IN SHAPE
half the price, lasts just as long.

The thinnest, lightest weight wallet that carries an astonishing number of cards at a very inexpensive price is the ALL-ETT. I used to carry several different kinds of leather billfolds, trifolds, etc, but this is the most comfortable one I have ever found.
I just picked up one of these wallets. I highly recommend it:
T.H.E. Wallet J.R. - Wallets - Tactical Gear
I suspect it'll last a few decades. nicely crafted, well-designed, made in the US, lifetime guarantee (I've never registered a wallet before), and affordable.
you know when you pick up something that just feels high-quality and you know this in an instant? when I opened the packaging, I knew it was a good purchase.
I love the snakebite closure. it rules.
Realized it was time to get away from the sears wallet and picked this up yesterday:
Tanner Goods - UTILITY BIFOLD WALLET - SADDLE TAN
Seems well crafted and ready to last forever.
@Caleb---that cartridge wallet is cool! would be a very nice event token!
Nice and simple.

I love this bike related wallet, given to me from my kids this past Father's Day. It is made out of used inner tubes.

Could have sworn there was a larger wallet thread. This came up in the search though.
In love of all things technical-material based and made in the USA - I just picked up one of these for under $10 including shipping (from Huckberry). Good to just throw into my jersey pocket or not worry about sweating through my standard wallet if out I'm out and about all day.
Carry the Future - Flowfold
Flowfold products are built with the same high tech racing sailcloths used by the world’s sailing elite. These cloths are composed of Carbon Fiber, Kevlar, Pentex or Polyester matrixes sandwiched between Mylar films. They are the toughest, lightest and most resilient cloths in the world due to their high tensile strength to weight ratios and ideal modulus of elasticities.

Blow up and pin a picture of M. Bartoli on your wall. When you achieve that position, stop. Until then, stretch, ride, stretch, ride, eat less, and ride more.
Here's a thread.

I've been using a new wallet from NISKO LEATHER
I really like it. Full disclosure- the maker is a pal and customer of mine. What I really like is the minimalist design, the quality of leather and the colors. Mike is doing things to create color that one only sees in high end men's shoes from places like Berluti and Corthay. Give them a look.
