My two cents.

Hope you've chosen a frame that fits well, especially around the nose. Too much pressure around the ears is really annoying; although the frame has to be balanced.

As far as AR coating, I'd avoid it, at least the one I got done here makes the lenses not perfectly "clear", not saying they are "foggy", but I can see the small difference

gattonero, even with somewhat "not perfectly clear" lenses, I see the irony of what you did.

My problem with glasses and cycling is my massive correction (-9,-10) is centered near the center of the lens which forces neck strain to see. I have resolved this with contacts but wish I could find a frame - lens solution. I wonder if sports lens / frames would help? Anybody else have this issue and find a non contact solution.

I don't know, I am not confident to cycle with glasses on, also I sweat buckets so glasses are not ideal

-9 or -10 may not be possible, but I have had good luck with these guys for my -7 to -8 eyes.
