Do cookies count? Mrs. RW and our daughter make Cake Boss look like a pansy.

Let's throw some pecan (peekan for y'all in the South) pie in the holiday mix. Beyond dessert, many aren't aware that it makes a tasty pre-ride treat too...like this morning.

Last of the holiday desserts for this house...apple crisp, much to the delight of my Dad and the kids. Simple recipe and so fun to make, as the smell of Macintosh apples, Cara Cara oranges and cinnamon are irresistible. The real surprise is that there are about 5 pounds of apples underneath the topping of oatmeal, flour and brown sugar.

Summer is here. Break out the ice cream maker. Let's start it off with some bittersweet chocolate.

Not bad. Need to lighten up the fat and sugar a bit. Story of my life.

Came back from a morning ride to find that somehow there were some very burned but incredible Nun’s Farts and also some Sucre a la Crème made while I was out.

These fit in the food grouping known as “Addictive Pure Poison”.

Can’t wait to see what else is on the menu today.
