Concert series in the park we support is doing three kind of impromptu. Tonight was a local blues band Wyld Blu, pretty good four piece the front woman playing a plank very well and not a bad singer her partner blowing harp quite well. They opened for Albert Cummings, his trio made a hell of a lot more noise than the cohort the Philly Orchestra had at SPAC Saturday night. Hell, the tree frog next to us almost drowned them out. The tree frogs in the park stopped creaking and said damn these guys are good. So good my left shoulder that was killing me feels much better but that is what happens when you dance poorly for an hour.

Peter Wolf and his band at The Academy of Music in Northampton tonight. Band is killer. Wolf hasn't lost his moves or delivery at all and some interesting choices of songs and a couple lyric changes if you were listening in some of the familiar that were very interesting. Definitely the enforced time away from performing and introspection on time passing added a dimension.
