    +1. Actually, +5. I have one on every road/cross bike I own.
Also, the Shimano SPD-SL pedals in there various types. Especially the newer ones with a steel wear plate. As solid a road pedal as I have ever used.

    Regards,
    Greg

I went full circle from a Brooks B-17 to trying EVERYTHING and now back to a Brooks Swallow.

The perfect combination of comfort and good looks (beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, of course).

Your results will probably vary (it appears I have a very sensitive behind).

    - Nitto everything
    - SON dynamo hubs
    - Brooks B.17 Champion Special saddles
    - Shimano bar end shifters
    - Shimano aero brake levers
    - Shimano XTR M900 cranksets

    OK

    - Cateye computers. The small, simple ones. Not the ones that can calculate the orbit of the moon.

    - King headsets
    - Shimano threaded headsets
    - Steel frames and forks
    - Veloflex Criterium tubulars
    - Ambrosio rims
    - Campagnolo Nucleon tubular wheels
    - Veloce 12-23 cassettes
    - Zéfal HPx frame pumps
    - Thomson stems and seatposts are near perfect, but not quite. The stem can't be had in 14 and the seatpost doesn't have enough setback.
