Only because you have corroborated my lukewarm impression of the RHs I'll further share my wide 29er rim opinion
The Velocity P35 (or Blunt35 as it's now known in QBP land) is lighter(~100g)/cheaper(by nearly 1/2) / arguably stronger(double wall), all with a very similar tread profile with a Knard mounted. And will run a "skinny" 29er tire without drama. Also out there is a WTB LaserDisc at 37mm that I've no experience with. So unless the intention is explicitly low psi riding, the wider rims aren't bringing anything to the party. And IMO if you're dropping the psi that low it's time for a full up fat bike....Which
is unfortunately the in thing right now.
This is a "Don't hate the player, hate the game" moment for fat bikes. At least I can again go ride my 26in rigid fixed gear MTB without being asked about 29ers or girl jeans.
